Mince 1 onion.
lightly soute in butter.
pour 1 carton of chicken or vegetable stock.
add 1 can cream corn.
then salt,papper, and a scant sprinkle of crushed red peppers.
1 or half a carton of heavy whipping cream.
simmer add 1 large bag frozen corn.
cook intell thickened (add mashed potato flakes to thicken, if needed)
place in bowl and sprinkle beacon bits on top.

*You could also Add 1 can crab or clam meat for a seafood treat!*
